Orders paid in advance
Any orders paid in advance may be cancelled with a minimum of 1 days notice prior to the delivery date. The full amount will be refunded.
Once the product ordered has been delivered to the customer’s storage tank/equipment there will be no refund made. It is the customer’s responsibility to be sure that all tanks are properly labelled with the product contained therein.
If a wrong delivery is made and it is our fault we will make every effort to resolve the problem. If the heating oil is delivered to the wrong address we will make contact with the customer and offer the sale of the kerosene at a discounted price. If this is not acceptable then we can remove the product from the tank with the owner’s permission.
